Sales Executive/ Rep

The Sales Executive is responsible for meeting or exceeding individual revenue targets and for coordinating and supporting other executive sales activity across the company.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Generating and closing a sales pipeline
  • Representing Alcidion at industry events
  • Providing expertise into weekly sales pipeline meetings, coaching executives through qualification, milestone progression, sales tactics, and closing techniques using a proven sales methodology such as Miller Heiman.
  • Coordinating senior executives and account managers to ensure established sales process/discipline is followed
  • Coordinating sales activity across the business, including maintaining a knowledge of where in the process all sales activities are, enabling assistance to be given to increase the chances of the sale closing in the shortest possible time frame
  • Assisting with the development of the annual marketing plan to ensure the sales and marketing functions are closely aligned and working well together.

Lead Development Officer

We are looking for a Lead Development Officer who can thrive in a fast-paced Healthcare business environment.
Working in a small team you are responsible for developing the new business pipeline coming into Alcidion.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Prospecting for new clients/lead generation
  • Direct communication with customers via email and telephone to promote Alcidion and its product range
  • Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions, events and other marketing and sales activities
  • Preparation and presentation of results from campaigns
  • Organising visits for Alcidion Sales Executives
  • Recording all sales activities in CRM
  • Providing product information and involving others from the business as required (such as Technical Consultant to demonstrate product)
  • Attending internal sales and marketing meetings
